Threads

Created during a series of collaborative workshops this project explored drawing and printmaking techniques with the artists from the Brothers of Charity Services Galway. This project focused on clothing as a powerful form of artistic expression and allowed individuals to communicate their identity, creativity, and personal stories to the world. It transcends functional clothing, becoming a canvas for self-expression and cultural representation. For artists with disabilities, fashion can be especially significant, it challenges societal perceptions, promotes inclusivity, and celebrates diverse bodies and perspectives.
