Painting With Ukraine was a collaborative project developed with refugees residing in County Galway. Rooted in shared dialogue and creative exchange, the project explored deeply personal themes of loss, displacement, and resilience. Through painting, participants were invited to express fragments of memory, identity, and longing transforming individual experiences into a collective act of storytelling. The process foregrounded Sorsha’s commitment to inclusive practice, using art as a space for connection, healing, and visibility.
